FCA Talent Show raises funds; entertains all

Fellowship of Christian Athletes hosted their annual talent show Monday night, March 28th, raising $700 for a family in need.

Sponsored by Coach Josh Proctor, the students organized 10 acts, and gave out three awards. Junior Caleb Dean won for Most Inspirational Act, singing a Phil Wickham song while accompanying himself on guitar.

Senior Addie Meier, Juniors Nate Gibbons, Maggie Bullington, Sophomore Trey Garcia and Freshman Sam Hall won for Most Funny Act, with their air band version of a mash-up of songs ranging from Journey to Whitney Houston.

Most Entertaining Award went to Freshmen Mikayla Thornton and Kay Lee Sedwick for their duet “For Good” from the Broadway musical “Wicked”.
